In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our high-performing Software Quality team, ensuring our internal development departments receive robust, high-performance solutions around the clock.

Here's what you'll conquer:

Lead & Develop Your Team: Motivate and empower your team of 10+ talented individuals, handling performance reviews, career development, recruitment, and onboarding.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in software quality processes, methodologies, and tools. Drive implementation with your team and the Practice Lead.
Be the DevOps Maestro: Oversee the selection and performance of DevOps providers, ensuring they meet our needs and budget. Maintain accurate financial control.
Communication Ace: Foster proactive communication, providing clear and regular progress reports on initiatives and improvement measures.
Bridge Builder: Collaborate seamlessly with international teams in Munich and Ulm, external partners, and our customer departments, optimizing internal workflows.
Quality Czar: Uphold the highest standards for our products, services, and processes, working alongside your team to deliver exceptional software.
